Description: A Semi-synthetic derivate of Geldanamcyin. 17DMAG is a water soluble & cell-permeable analog of Geldanamycin (G-1047) and 17-AAG (A-1256). It binds to the APTase site of human Hsp90a with high affinity, has cytotoxic activity against many cancer cell lines, and acts as angiogenesis inhibitor.
