Description: From rabbit. Immunogen: synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 20-34 of human Bcl-2.
Specificity: Recognizes human, mouse Bcl-2. This antibody is particularly useful for the detemination of the level of expression of Bcl-2 in species other than human.
Application: IHC (FS, PS), WB.
Appearance: Liquid. 100 ug of purified antibody in 1ml of 0.05M sodium phosphate buffer containing 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% gelatin.
