Description: A small molecular, non-peptide, Caspase-3 Inhibitor with
in vitro and in vivo bioactivity. Also demonstrates a cascade inhibition pattern.
In vivo Bioactivity: Administration of Caspase-3 Inhibitor produced a dose-dependent decrease in infarct volume of up to 77% at 1mg/kg sc.
Inhibition Profile [IC50(um)]: Caspase-2: 0.537, Caspase-3: 0.113, Caspase-6: 0.137, Caspase-7: 0.218, Caspase-8: 0.835.
