Description: Source/Host: Product is isolated from IL-2 activated human lymphocytes. Active enzyme.
Functional Application: With standard cell lines, 10µg is sufficient to kill 1x10 (to 8th) cells.
Molecular Weight: ~32kDa
Formulation: Frozen solution in 0.15M sodium chloride. No preservatives.
Activity: ≥10U/µg protein. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that hydrolyzes 1nmol BAADT per min.
