Polyclonal Antibody to Proteasome 19S Subunit S10B

This antibody has been successfully used in Western blot and immunoprecipitation procedures to detect the 42-kDa S10B subunit in HeLa cell lysate and partially purified 19S proteasome.. To a lesser extent an ~30-kDa protein is also detected with this antibody, which could correspond to subunit degradation product.
Crossreactivity: Species:Hu, Immunogen, Human recombinant proteasome S10B subunit. To a lesser extent an ~30-kDa protein is also detected with PA1-964 which could correspond to subunit degradation product.
