Polyclonal Antibody to Proteasome 19S Subunit S4

This antibody has been successfully used in Western blot and immunoprecipitation procedures to detect the 56-kDa S4 subunit in HeLa cell lysate and partially purified 19S proteasome. To a lesser extent an ~35-kDa protein is also detected with this antibody, which could correspond to subunit degradation product.
