Polyclonal antibody to Proteasome Activator 19S Subunit 10B

This antibody has been successfully used in Western blot analysis to strongly detect ~42 and 46 kDa proteins which correspond to the 10B and probably the combined signal from 6B, 7, and 8 subunit proteins.. To a lesser extent proteins at 53, 75, 84, and 90 kDa are also detected with which could correspond to subunit dimerization or unrelated proteins.
Crossreactivity: Ca, Hm, Hu, Ms, Rt,. Synthetic Peptide: C A278 T N R P D T L D P A L L R P G R294, Application: WB, To a lesser extent proteins at 53, 75, 84, and 90 kDa are also detected with PA1-962 which could correspond to subunit dimerization or unrelated proteins.
