Description: pp36 is an adaptor protein that bridges proximal T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) signals to the activation of phosphoinositide turnover, Ras and perhaps other signaling pathways in T-cells.
Specificity: Recognizes human pp36. Detects a band of ~40kDa by Wesern Blot.
Source/Host: From rabbit.
Immunogen:Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 29-49 (C29HRLPGSYDSTSSDSLYPRGI49) of the N-terminal extracellular domain of human pp36.
Formulation: Liquid. 100ul of affinity purified IgG in PBS, buffer pH 7.2, with 1mg/ml BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
Handling: Store in Tightly Sealed Vial. Shipped on dry ice. Centrifuge tube for 30 seconds before opening.
Storage: -20 C.
