Description: FAK is a non-receptor protein tyrosine kinase discovered as a substrate for Src and as a key element of integrin signaling. The phosphorylation site pTyr397 is the autophosphorylation site of FAK and binds Src family SH2 and the p85 subunit of PI3-K.

Immunogen: Synthetic phosphopeptide derived from the region in human FAK that contains tyrosine 397. Form:100 ul IgG in PBS containing 0.1% BSA and 0.05% sodium azide.
