Description: Non-ionic Detergent useful for isolation of membrane proteins. (CMC 0.2-0.9 mM, HLB 13, Cloud Point 64°C). 10% aqueous solution of Triton X-100 highly purified and aseptically filled under GMP conditions with pharmaceutical grade water. Extremely low aldehyde & peroxide impurities (<100 uM) enable the highest retention of protein activity. Extremely low conductivity levels (<5 umhos) provide low ionic concentrations which are essential for applications such as electrophoresis.
