Description: Highly purified, pharmaceutical grade detergents offered in ready-to-use ampoules. Supplied as sterile 10% aqueous solutions of Tween-80, Tween-20, Triton X-100, NP-40 and Brij-35 (5 Sample Set: 2x5ml each solublizer) aseptically filled under GMP conditions. Each biological detergent has extremely low aldehyde and peroxide concentrations (<100uM) to maximize your yield of biologically active proteins. These detergents also have the lowest conductivity (<5umhos) which prevents problems with interfering salts and metal ions.
Product Quality Ready-to-use amber prescored ampules. Sterility meets USP standards.
