Description: Non-ionic Detergent useful for solubilizing proteins. It has very low UV absorbance. (CMC 0.09 mM, HLB 16.9, Agg. No. 40, ). 10% aqueous solution of Brij-35 highly purified and aseptically filled under GMP conditions with pharmaceutical grade water. Extremely low aldehyde & peroxide impurities (< 100 uM) enable the highest retention of protein activity. Extremely low conductivity levels (<5 umhos) provide low ionic concentrations which are essential for applications such as electrophoresis.
