Description: A cocktail of four protease inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of serine, cysteine but not metalloproteases. Suitable for use as Protease Inhibitors.
Applications: Mammalian cells and tissue extracts, samples analyzed by 2-D gel electrophoresis.
Specificity of Inhibition: Serine Proteases, Cysteine Proteases and Trypsin like Proteases.
Appearance: White Lyophilized Solid
Formulation: 1X stock solution contains 500 µM AEBSF. HCl, 150 nM Aprotinin, 1µM E-64 and 1µM Leupeptin Hemisulfate.
Solubility: Reconstitute each vial with 1 ml H2O to obtain a 100X concentrated stock solution.
Handling: Hygroscopic
