Description: A cocktail of four protease inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of a broad range of serine proteases.
Applications: Broad range serine protease inhibition.
Specificity of Inhibition: Chymotrypsin, Kallikrein, Plasmin, Thrombin, Trypsin, Elastase, Urokinase and Factor Xa.
Appearance: White Lyophilized Solid
Formulation: 1X stock solution contains 500 µM AEBSF. HCl, 420 nM Aprotinin, 20 µM Elastatinal and 1µM GGACK.
Solubility: Reconstitute each vial with 1 ml H2O to obtain a 100X concentrated stock solution.
Handling: Hygroscopic
Storage: -20C
