Protease Inhibitor Cocktail V, Animal-Free, EDTA-Free

Description: A cocktail of four protease inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of serine, cysteine but not metalloproteases. Reconstitute each vial with 1 ml H2O to obtain a 100X concentrated stock solution. 1X stock solution contains 500 µM AEBSF. HCl, 150 nM Aprotinin, Recombinant (Animal-Free), 1µM E-64 and 1µM Leupeptin Hemisulfate.
Applications: Mammalian cells, tissue extracts and for applications that require animal-free reagents.
Specificity of Inhibition: Serine Proteases, Cysteine Proteases and Trypsin like Proteases.
Solubility: Soluble in water, aqueous buffers, or add directly to extraction media. Reconstitute each vial with 1 ml H2O to obtain a 100X concentrated stock solution.
