Protease Inhibitor Cocktail VI, Plant Cells

Description: Recommended for use with plant cell extracts. A specially formulated cocktail of six protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, cysteine, serine, metalloproteases as well as aminopeptidases. Each vial contains 200 mM AEBSF. HCl, 10 mM Bestatin, 3 mM E-64, 2 mM Leupeptin Hemisulfate, 500 mM o-Phenanthroline and 2 mM Pepstatin A. One ml is recommended for about 30 g of plant tissues. Supplied with an informational insert.
Applications: Plant cell extracts.
Specificity of Inhibition: Serine Proteases, Aminopeptidases, Cysteine Proteases, Aspartic Proteases and Metalloproteases.
Solubility: Supplied as a liquid in 1 ml DMSO. Add to water, aqueous buffer or directly to extraction media.
