Protease Inhibitor Cocktail VII (His Tag sequences)

Description: Recommended for purification of proteins containing HisTag sequences. A specially formulated cocktail of five protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of cysteine, serine, aspartic, thermolysin-like proteases and aminopeptidases. Liquid. In 1 ml DMSO. Each vial contains 100 mM AEBSF. HCl, 5 mM Bestatin, 1.5 mM E-64, 2 mM Pepstatin A and 200µM Phosphoramidon, Disodium Salt. One ml is recommended for about 10 g of cells. Supplied with an informational insert.
Applications: Histidine-tagged proteins.
Specificity of Inhibition: Serine Proteases, Cysteine Proteases, Aspartic Proteases, Aminopeptidases, Metalloendopeptidases.
Solubility: Supplied as a liquid in 1 ml DMSO. Add to water, aqueous buffer or directly to extraction media.
