Description: A specially formulated cocktail of three protease inhibitors with selective specificity for the inhibition of cysteine proteases, including calpains, cathepsins and papain. Liquid. In 1 ml DMSO. Each vial contains 1.56 mM ALLN, 500µM Antipain and 1.5 mM E-64. Supplied with an informational insert.
Applications: Broad range cysteine protease inhibition.
Specificity of Inhibition: Calpain I/II, Cathepsin A/B, Cathepsin L/S, Papain, and Cysteine Proteases.
Solubility: Supplied as a liquid in 1 ml DMSO. Add to water, aqueous buffer or directly to extraction media.
