Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail III

Description: A cocktail of four phosphatase inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of both serine/threonine and protein tyrosine phosphatases. Reconstitute each vial with 1 ml H2O to obtain a 1 ml stock solution. Each vial contains 250 mM Sodium Fluoride, 5 mM Sodium Orthovanadate, 50 mM Sodium Pyrophosphate and 50 mM Glycerophosphate. Supplied with an informational insert.
Applications: Animal tissue extracts.
Specificity of Inhibition: Ser/Thr Phosphatases, Acid Phosphatases, Alkaline Phosphatases, PP1 and PP2A.
Solubility: Soluble in water, aqueous buffers, or add directly to extraction media. Reconstitute each vial with 1 ml H2O to obtain a 1 ml stock solution.
