Description: From Rabbit. Antigen: Purified VASP from human platelets. Specificity: To human VASP. Crossreacts with mouse, rat, canine, porcine, and chicken VASP. Application: IF (acetone or formaldehyde fixed cells), IP, WB.
Chemical Name: : Recognizes both the 46 kDa (Ser157-dephospho) and 50 kDa (SEr157-phospho) forms. Especially with rodent cells and tissues there may be a reactivity with an 80 kDa band of yet unknown identity.
