Tween-80 is a nonionic surfactant and emulsifier use to extract proteins and manufacture drugs, among other uses. Extremely low aldehyde and peroxide impurities (<200 uM) enable the highest retention of protein activity. Extremely low conductivity levels (<50 umhos) provide low ionic concentrations essential for applications such as electrophoresis
Triton x-100is a nonionic, non-denaturing surfactant, detergent, and protein solubilizer used in many different disciplines for uses such as immunostaining, DNA extraction, and recovering membrane components. Our Triton X-100 is purified for membrane research with extremely low aldehydes, peroxides and conductivity.
CHAPS is a zwitterionic, non-denaturing detergent and surfactant used in protein purification and to solubilize larger molecules such as membrane proteins. Our CHAPS detergent is always >98% purity.
