Product Description
Fluorogenic substrate for caspase-3, also a reported substrate for caspase 1,4 and 7. This product is similar to Ac-DEVD-AMC (Prod. No. C-1133) but the AFC fluorophore has a greater Stokes’ shift upon cleavage. The peptide sequence is based on the PARP cleavage site Asp216 for caspase-3.
