Product Description
Cell permeable analog of DAF-2 that is hydrolyzed to DAF-2 by intracellular esterases. Can be used in fluorescence microscopy to measure real-time changes in nitric oxide (NO) levels in vivo (Ex(max): 495nm; Em(max): 515nm).
br> br>Prepare the reagent just before use. Use immediately after dilution and do not store this solution for later use.
br> br>After opening, the unused (undiluted) portion of the reagent should be aliquoted (10 ml size) in separate tubes and stored in the refrigerator, protected from light.
br> br>The dilution buffer should have a pH of 7-7.5. Bovine serum albumin (BSA), phenol red and amines may affect the fluorescence and thus should be used with caution.
