Product Description
Produced in HEK 293 cells. The extracellular domain of human Fas (CD95; APO-1) (aa 7-154) is fused to the Fc portion of human IgG1. Inhibits the activity of human and mouse soluble Fas (sFasL) and thereby sFasL-mediated lysis of Fas sensitive cells in a concentration range of 20-100µg/ml. See F1034 for KIT.
