Product Description
Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH), a copper-containing protein isolated from the mollusck, Megathura crenulata, is a potent immunoactivator comonly used as a carrier in the conjugation of peptides for antibody production. This preparation of chromatographically purified hemocyanin has been treated to reduce endotoxins for immunization protocols. Composed of high and low molecular weight monomeric forms in sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.0 and formulated for direct use in peptide conjugation.
