ISO Certification

A.G. Scientific, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been certified as an ISO 9001:2000 company. The audit & accreditation was performed by TÜV America. See Certification.

The ISO 9000 family of standards represents an international consensus on good management practices with the aim of ensuring that an organization can continually deliver the product or services that meet the client’s quality requirements.  To be certified to the standard, companies must implement a quality management system (QMS) embracing all the company’s activities, including: staff training, customer interaction, meeting customer requirements, product design and development, purchasing materials and services, and delivering products and services.
