Mizoribine, immunosuppressant that is believed to achieve immunosuppression by inhibiting DNA synthesis in the S phase of the cell cycle thus preventing the division and proliferation of lymphocytes. Recently it has been shown to have an effect which may affect Heat Shock Protein 60.
