Ceramide recognizes C16, C24-ceramide, dihydroceramide, sphingomyelin and phosphatidylcholine in highly artifical lipid overlay test systems. In physiological in vitro & in vivo conditions is specific for ceramide, and does not cross react with sphyngomyelin, cholesterol or other phospholipids.
Recommended use: 20ul/test. Isotype: Mouse IgM; CLOSE MID 15B4; Applications: ELISA, FC, IC, IHC.
