Reversible inhibitor of endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ ATPase. Does not increase IP3 levels. Specific inhibitor of Ca2+- ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum, inhibiting the enzyme completely at 6-8 nmol/mg protein (at 0.5-2.0µM ATP).
