Highly sensitive fluorescent probe for the real-time detection of nitric oxide (NO) in vivo. In the cell, the product reacts rapidly with NO in the presence of O2 to form the highly fluorescent compound triazolofluoresce in (DAF-2T, Ex 495nm; Em 515nm).
