Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail III is a mixture of four phosphatase inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of both serine/threonine and protein tyrosine phosphatases.
Reconstitute each vial with 1 mL water to obtain a 1 mL stock solution.
Each vial contains:
- 250 mM Sodium fluoride
- 50 mM Sodium orthovanadate
- 50 mM Sodium pyrophosphate
- 50 mM β-glycerophosphate
