Protease Inhibitor Cocktail I is a mixture of five protease inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of a broad range of proteases and esterases.
1x stock solution contains:
- 500 μM AEBSF HCl
- 150 nM Aprotinin
- 1 μM E-64
- 0.5 mM EDTA disodium salt
- 1μM Leupeptin Hemisulfate.
Preparation: Reconstitute each vial with 1 mL water to obtain a 100X concentrated stock solution.
