Application: ICC, IP, FUNC - inhibits the ATP-dependent transport activity of MRP1 in inside-out membrane vesicles. Not recommended for WB. Clone: QCRL-4. Isotype: Mouse IgG1. Immunogen: Non-denatured membranes from the human small cell lung cancer cell line H69AR, which highly overexpresses MRP1.
