Immunogen: Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 1-17 (M1SMNKGPTLLDGDLPEQ17) of rat perilipin A and B. This sequence is 82% conserved in human perilipin. Specificity: Recognizes mouse perilipin A and B. Detects bands of ~62 kDa (perilipin A) and ~46kDa (perilipin B) by Western blot.
