1. I know, or have a good idea of what I am looking for.
Site Search: If you know the product name (i.e. hygromycin) or our catalog item code (i.e. H-1012), enter it in the “Site Search” box on the home page. This will result in a list of products containing the alpha or numeric string keyed. Review and select the appropriate item to access the full product data page and to place your order.
NOTE: Do not use * or other wildcards. If you are not coming up the results you need, try entering just a portion of the product name (example: instead of cis-trans-Abscisic Acid, try just Abscisic). Product numbers only require the 1st alpha and next 4 numeric characters. (Example: only key P-1033 or P1033, do not key P-1033-100MG). Including the size designator (100mg) will end in 0 results.
2. I’d like to look at products in an area of research, like cell biology, cancer research, or neurobiology.
By Product Line (Area of Research): You can narrow down your product search by selecting from the product line listing along left side of the home page. This will bring up a listing of sub product categories, select the “all products” option or one of the other sub-categories to access an alphabetic listing of products in this category. Scroll and select a product to access the product detail page & place your order.
3. I’d like to look at specific product categories, like antibodies or DNA
Popular Categories: This is a quick way to jump to our most popular product categories quickly. It will bring you to an alphabetical listing of products in that particular category. If the product category you want isn’t listed as a popular category, simply type it in the Site Search box to get to it quickly.
4. I’m unsure of the spelling or item code; I can’t find what I need.
View All Products: So you’ve tried typing in the name or portions of the name in the search box and still cannot locate the product you need? Try the “View All Products” button. This will take you to an alphabetic listing of all AG Scientific’s products available online. Scroll to locate. For your convenience, this option is available on all product pages.
5. I want to get to the feature product detail quickly.
Feature Products: By clicking on the featured item on the home page, you will go directly to the full product listing.
