Serine Protease Inhibitor Cocktail I is a mixture of four protease inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of a broad range of serine proteases.
Reconstitute each vial with 100 mL water to obtain a 1X concentrated stock solution.
1X stock solution contains:
- 500uM AEBSF HCl
- 420 nM Aprotinin
- 20uM Elastatinal
- 1uM GGACK
