The rate of caspase enzymatic hydrolysis can be measured by release of AMC from the Ac-DEVD-AMC caspase substrate, emission at 440 nm excitation at 380 nm using a spectrofluorometer. Concentration: 5µg Protein in 25µl Buffer. Formulation: 5µg Buffered in 50mM TRIS (pH 8.0) with 100mM Sodium Chloride and 50mM Imidazole.
