For classifying yeasts based on amino acid and carbohydrates requirements. Contains all essential vitamins and inorganic salts necessary for the cultivaiton of yeasts. Excludes histidine methionine, tryptophan and carbon source. Product also contains <1mg/L each of vitamins and trace inorganic salt.
